Going Goth

Several years ago I made a very classy beaded scissors fob and sheath that hangs around your neck. I was asked to teach it this summer for my local EGA group, the Cascade Stitchers. (My instructions were subsequently published as one of Cyberstitchers' Own Projects.) I found some super cool skull ribbon on sale at Micheals and decided to do a more experimental and fun version. Then I found the Wicked Step Scissors from Sublime Stitching In line with the theme, I decided to include a bone needle laying tool with tassel. I showed this at the 2012 Lane County Fair, and got second place as well as a special award. Best of all, I love them!
