I LOVE this nametag. I think I will get them made for our employees at the mattress distribution center. Yours is unique and beautiful. I hope there is a local needle pro who can help us out. Great post! Really love your ingenuity.

Well done. You have done a great job. It looks fantastic. How many hours did you dedicate total for the finished piece?

I love the first one from the notebook doodle. Curious repetitive design. Didn't know they had classes on doodling.

I always wanted to make a book on doodle art.

I think it is great you are giving your dog piece to raise money for the Dog Scout Mini-camp. I am doing a series of pieces to be given to area animal shelters to raise money for their operating expenses. :)

It looking great so far.

Just a quick word on your photos, they tend to be a bit blurred. I think it might be because you photographing them pretty close up and they are small objects. Look to see if you have a macro option on your camera which is for small objects close up. if not, try using the small focus distance you have on your camera.

the Animal Sketches book sounds interesting. Your greyhound is full of energy, though, it says lithe speed to me so I think you have got something essential there already. I like it.

I drew my dog this week, oddly enough, she fascinates me when she's asleep.

I love it when drawing has writing as well. All my 'drawings' for the last couple of weeks have been onto print blocks. I seem to have disconnected from my pen. I can't believe it's week 8 and I already missed posting 2 or 3 times. I am going to draw something right now and post it late, instead of waiting till Monday.

Thank you for your comment. Your German is very good. Where did you learn?
It seems that I am not able to just doodle with a pen, when I try it just looks awful. I really have to sit down, concentrate on drawing and surprise, surprise sometimes I am amazed at the result.

I am participating in Every Day Matters, but that doesn't mean I'm drawing every day. I can't seem to read all their emails and check out all the other drawings/paintings. I'm really looking for a smaller group. If your site gets 'too' popular, it will lose that value for me.

I would like to participate. This is exactly what I am feeling. I have so many ideas in my head for embroidery and quilting and I am constantly searching for pictures to use because I think I can't draw. Maybe this will discipline me to just start drawing and exercizing.

I'd love to take part. I've been trying to draw more often, but it's too easy to let days and days go by without doing any, so this will be a good discipline. I'll post mine on my blog, and on the Zooomr group as well.
